OCR: Facebook FP&A Analyst

Facebook is recruiting for this position at my school. Anyone familiar with the recruiting process for this position? What should I expect from the interview? Also, does anyone have any insight on the compensation and exit ops?

I interviewed for a similar position at a similar company. I would expect mostly brainteasers, some questions about the company's products, and behavioral (tell me a time when you...) questions.

I got the offer, but the job is pretty dull. It had decent pay and lots of perks, but the work was pretty standard corp-fin and accounting. You could advance within the company and maybe change to a better division (strategy or marketing), but most go to bschool; GOOG/APPL/Facebook have amazing placement.

Comp was, in my case, generally close to big 4 accounting in both starting salary and progression.

Again, I didn't interview with FB, but I would guess ~60k all in is about right. Brainteasers depend on the creativity of your interviewer.

And, as far as I know, no stock options for the first several years...people get options at the entry level when they work for a start up that needs every penny it can save.
