Could not find many posts on this. I go to a target and the 30 or so OCR interviews they gave were to kids with 3.8+. My GPA isn't great but it's not horrible (or so I tell myself). If I wasn't invited for an OCR interview, could I still get a first round through direct application? I have a contact at the bank who will vouch for me.
