Yeah, not sure. I’m an intern returning full time, and my analyst said they’re expecting a raise or gonna start looking to leave.
Spoke with HR in November and they said “they’re aware and having conversations”
going to start actively looking to leave if things don’t change by bonus time
When is bonus time for Barclays? Summer?
I think end of feb/ beginning of March
