I could tell you quite a lot about the company, but you could easily figure it out yourself through some surface Googling. And you shouldn't let any of us sway your decision anyways. If you want advice, talk to your parents about it and see what they think.

Either pick the path that everyone chooses on this board or pick the path that no one has experienced. In the first scenario you will be like everyone else while in the 2nd scenario you might experience something that not a lot of people have seen. Sounds like a pretty tough decision to me.
I would take the Russian company if you are an American. It's just a way better life experience to get to live in Moscow for a couple of years and they are paying you double.
