Offer letter

Just received a lateral offer for an analyst role at a well known middle market IB but not elite boutique.

The offer letter basically states that my bonus will be paid in typically in two installments. One in the first quarter following the year end performance review and the second in the second quarter following your performance review.

Should I be worried about this? Not a fan of this stipulation that my bonus isn’t paid in full as well as the fact they mentioned part of my bonus can be in restricted stock units. This is unlikely for analyst but it seems ridiculous with this being the case.
