Is it okay to ask a connect at the relevant firm (who won't be conducting my interview, but knows the person doing the interview) what to expect for a first-round interview for this BB's IBD? I'm not good family friends or anything like that with this guy, but I feel like he wants me to succeed and eventually be hired by the firm.
