CS has been in a fairly drawn out state of implosion for the last 5 years. Things seem to be going okay then boom - Archegos. Now it's a massive outflow of senior tech leadership.
Would second this, seniors have been cheap to get bought out following the Archegos situation; departures across almost all teams. This aside, maybe speak with people from the respective firms to get a feel for the people, it matters more than most people say. Unless you specify the local market I’m not sure how much more insights you can get but 7/10 times I’d be leaning towards laz
