On Cycle 2020 Starting?

I'm a first year analyst at a BB, a few weeks into training and about to hit the desk. I keep seeing posts about people speaking to headhunters, but haven't heard anything myself. Does this mean on-cycle is going to start soon? Seems super early, but have heard rumors of a super early on cycle this year.
