Any bets on when on cycle will happen for 1st-year analysts starting this/next month? Asking for a friend.
It seems that it happened this past March for summer 2021 AN1 starts, but I had heard it usually happened the Sept/Oct after start dates (so ~22 to 23 months in advance).
