I hit the desk on Monday and was wondering if anyone had some useful "on the job" networking tips. I have been pretty successful at building a solid network while in undergrad and would like to continue to do so, but am not quite sure how to approach it now that I am actually working. Any tips, suggestions, advice on how to continue to network/meet new people in my bank and at other banks would be awesome!
