Only Nervous in Office Settings
Not sure if anyone else has this problem but I just finished interning this summer in IB and have realized I get nervous talking to people in an office setting- stuttering, heart pounding etc. What's weird is that outside of work I am a pretty social and outgoing guy. Even when grabbing coffee, several analysts remarked that I was very different outside of the office. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong in the office to make me feel like this but I don't want to continuously stress about my interactions when starting FT. Any ideas on how to tackle this issue?
