Opinion on these 2 lateral opportunities

Currently in the M&A team of a MM IB, where I am an average performer. I received two offers: 1) from another MM IB, with a pay bump of 20-30% but the same title, 2) from a small cap boutique, for a VP position (small pay bump because of the promotion, but not much).

At the moment my team gets a solid deal flow and I can see that my learning curve is pretty steep. I know that the bank at which I received an offer has a slower deal flow (maybe 50% lower), inducing less learning opportunities and more sales work. And the boutique has a strong deal flow (although smaller deals), but more importantly an incredible WLB policy (no weekend work, working after 7pm exceptional, etc.).

What would you do if you were me? I have the feeling that at this stage of my life I should aim to build myself the best experience possible. But at the same time I wouldn’t say no to a higher salary or a better WLB.
