Just saw that FT base is 90k, is that real? Who is working there? I don’t know much about the shop but was expecting to see at least street.

I have some friends there, and they say that even though the base pay is below street—around $90–100k—they make up for it with the bonus, which is somewhat true.
Analyst bonus is 90%+, all in around $170k-$190k
