I'd have Oppenheimer and stifle as a tie - pick based on where you feel more comfortable.
I've only vaguely heard of Morgan Joseph.
No idea about Morgan Joseph, but when I was talking to people in the industry about working at Oppenheimer they told me that I should probably stay away. So I would put Stifel first.
