OT Pay?? Do I report it???

Hey Guys,

I'm doing an SA at a BB that pays OT this summer. Just wanted to know I have been hearing that you are only suppose to report the first 40hrs, and not the other hours.

What's your experience with this?

Thanks,

SA pay is typically prorated, so it should be commensurate with how much you work. I would just shoot an analyst/associate an email and see if they could chat on the phone about it.

The way it worked for me (S&T) was that you were paid a pro-rated salary for 55 hours, and would theoretically be paid overtime if you worked more, but you were discouraged from doing so. I ended up not reporting the few times I stayed later, but some people did, so I dunno..it's I guess it's your call, but can't hurt to play it safe.
