Outlook !!!
Sorry if this question is lame, but I need some help with organization. How do you currently organize your Outlook inbox and folders? I've given this a lot of thought and I am curious how other bankers are organizing their email.
Thanks.

Some people are really anal about categorizing their emails in Outlook, but I never sort or categorize mine.
If a firm deletes users' emails after a certain period of time, then I could see a need to sort and save, but since mine lets me keep emails forever I just use google desktop whenever I need to find something.

Create a personal folder under data file management with something generic (when in banking, like smuguy said above, emails would get deleted periodically with size limits on inboxes, so archiving was crucial). I recommend naming the personal folder with a date, so once it fills up you can start a new one with another date. Then create subfolders within it with each project name.
