Working at a BB this summer and have 1.5x OT and an hourly pay of 54-56. So was curious is it accepted to work OT consistently? And do you get in trouble? I am hoping to work between 15-20 hours OT a week for the money
But I am gonna be in the DCM group and spoke with an analysts there rn and he said most leave by 5 since the markets are pretty flat. So was worried I probably would have to as well and can’t do OT
