I love the bank I work at. The people are great, the work is interesting, and I’m always learning new things. My only issue is that we do not use Oxford commas.

I would seriously consider quitting. I always use the Oxford comma for clarity.

the comma that you used above is actually not an Oxford comma. You are linking three independent clauses together. An Oxford comma just links three dependent clauses or nouns together, which I do not find necessary.
