Pagemill Partners (Tech M&A) - Deal Flow, Comp, Name Brand, Exit Opps.

Have an interview upcoming for a FT position with Pagemill Partners in Silicon Valley.

Can't find a ton of info about them online, but they seem to be strong boutique in the tech space, servicing "70% of the Fortune 100 tech companies" according to their site.

I have never met anyone who has worked here, and was hoping someone could provide info regarding "prestige" in the tech space, exit opps, comp, deal flow, etc. Thanks.

Pagemill was acquired at some point but Duff & Phelps. It sounds like they still use the Pagemill name (instead of D&P like the other banking groups). FWIW, if you're a bank and get acquired by another bank and they keep the target name, it has to be saying something about the reputation.

I know a few valuation analysts have transferred to the group but can't really comment on anything else.

I'd try looking through D&P and see if you can find any additional info.
