First off, congrats on the offers. Just to clarify, you are currently a freshman? I'll assume you are in the below:
The B4 role will certainly have more recognition but if the search find is as you describe, it would be a differentiated opportunity compared to what most people have which will stand out during SA recruiting. To your point about setting yourself up for sophomore SA, I think having something finance/accounting related is more important than finding the "best" opportunity between the two. In other words, something is better than nothing. If you think you can manage the 10 hours per week during the semester and the B4 summer program, I say go for it. However, don't underestimate the importance of your GPA. A high GPA will be more important than stressing between the B4 and search fund. Rock the freshman 4.0, it only gets harder
Out of curiousity, how did you manage FO B4 as a freshman? I thought they only had discovery programs/externships for for freshman and reserved the FO for juniors? I think it would benefit the younger members on the forum to discuss your experience.
