Wanted to get some additional color on the paid coaching services available through platforms such as M&I. Has anyone used these services before and, if so, what was your overall experience. Are you able to leverage the 'coaches' networks to facilitate connections / introductions, or is the service primarily superficial feedback on relatively common-place interview questions such as 'tell me about yourself' or 'why banking?'
