Just wondering, as a first year analyst at a small boutique, will it be possible for me to participate in the upcoming recruiting season? By "able" I mean will I be even considered by banks.
My current experience is not what I expected and I have found is a hard sell in lateral interviews.
Sure, I don't see why not. A bank I am talking to is willing to consider me I do summer internship this summer at a boutique. Hopefully the boutique brings me on full-time but if not, I'm gonna try to lay out my plans to the partners and see if they can at least assist me in finding a full-time gig.
