Literally go anywhere else, coming from someone that almost started working for them. That’s all you need to know. I’m not gonna take the time to go into gritty details when you can simply do a search on here and see how shit they are.

I've interviewed there before - here are a few highlights:

  • Comp figures were competitive (base was street; bonus seemed reasonable/on par)
  • You will work a lot (told average is ~85 hours / week)
  • Group that I interviewed with seemed like decent human beings (obviously trying to portray the best version of themselves)
  • Interview process was easier than I expected (mostly behavioral; likely because I already work in IB)

Hi there,

Thanks for the info, question for you: my second round interview in a couple days is titled “technical interview”. I know you said that you already had experience meaning you didn’t have many technicals, any insight on the difficulty of the ones you were asked?
