Personalities in IB
Is everyone in this industry very type A and competitive? Incoming first-year and curious if there are any chillers in this industry who aren't solely in it to get a bag and be top bucket? I'm just along for the ride and looking to grind for some deal experience in the most pleasant way possible. Hoping I'm not the only one with this mentality - obviously this isn't a very relaxed industry but curious if it's not always as high intensity as it's made out to be. I'm sure as you move down-market folks are a bit less hardo?
