Phone conversation with MD next week - Advice please

Hi guys,

As the title says, I have a half an hour slot with an MD at a BB next week.

I don't wanna make myself look like a tit so what would be some good questions? I was thinking asking about his recent deals, other things ive found about him etc?

Any good tips?

Thanks

I think you need your sarcasm meter re-calibrated.

wikileaksM&I has a good script to use when coldcalling, I suggest to look it up, that's what I did when I contacted the CEO of BlackRock

I call bullshit on this, but its true you have to say how it went.

And op, please don't use a "cold call script". That would just be ridiculous.

If the glove don't fit, you must acquit!

use a coldcalling script? really?

I also have a call scheduled with an alum MD at a top group.; I've chatted with him a little bit through email and then he sent me his cell #. I'm fairly confident over the phone and in general, so I don't expect it to be much of an issue.
