Pink Slips

Apparently it's started to happen. According to CNNMoney, BSC handed them out today (about a hundred to folks in its subprime credit group) ...how far do you think it'll go?

More importantly, can we all pray that we're heading into another upturn by '09...(can I get an amen from all my upcoming juniors out there?)

half-bred? WOW..... you are a douche.

There are plenty of politicians I can't stand; however, i can be respectful and an intellectual and not resort to calling names.

disclosure - I am not an obama supporter

Dude you hate your job and you're spending the workday posting on a message board. I hope I never "have a job" like you "have a job".

But the subprime trouble to some extent rippled through HFs, Prime Brokerage divisions, structured finance groups, etc. so it isn't really that hard to imagine layoffs potentially spreading as well if things don't improve.
