In general, pitches would be confidential and not to be sent around over the internet. What do you need either of these for?

Anything you would find in a pib, by definition, is publicly available and can be found online. I highly doubt anyone would be willing to risk their job/reputation/etc to send someone they don't know a confidential pitch book (they're the bank's IP). Your best shot is probably to befriend some corporate exec that has been pitched to by a bank and thus has a book and takes no risk (to my knowledge) in giving it to you. Or become very good friends with a banker who would be willing to sneak one out for you.
