Anyone know what PJT Associate bonuses were in 2020 and 2021? Curious as to what total compensation will look like with the new base salary of 250k. Understandably, last years figures are reflective of the record environment so 2020 figures should be more indicative of comp. Is there any indication of whether bonuses will be lower because of the increase? Seems like they are taking a page from CVP and signaling that they will pay up for top talent
