Do these guys take laterals at associate level (and possibly above)? Restructuring group primarily. Or do they strictly recruit out of MBA? Base seems meaningfully higher than other shops so wondering if they want MBAs to justify the high comp. Curious if anyone has been through a process there or at other similar Rx shops. Thanks.
