Trying to weigh my options here if I should lateral in or stay where I am. Haven’t seen much data in the comps post. Appreciate any insight people can give on associate total comp at MS.

Lot of data points here, some of which are for MS
It seems that MS paid some very well and others not so much, so your data points can be all over place.
A good rule of thumb is to compare your bonus to your base. If the bonus was below 1x your base, after such a record year, that’s obviously disappointing.
I know a few associates at MS and they told me they got around 1.75x base but said they heard others got below 1x, so it really sounds varied.
I am not aware of any MS associate even close to 1.7x base. Find it hard to believe frankly when mid bucket was below 1x base.
