Please provide feedback on this situation

There's an alumni of my school that's an md at a somewhat no-name boutique bank in the northeast. (FWIW, I'm in the South.) I had an informational phone interview with him about 2 weeks ago and at the end of the interview he mentioned that his company is currently recruiting summer analysts and he asked me to email him my resume. After the conversation, I sent him a thank you note and attached my resume. Since then, there's been no contact between us and I'm unsure what/when I should do next. Understand that though it's a boutique, it's by far my best chance to break into investment banking. Please offer any applicable advice you have for me. Thanks in advance.

Send him another email saying something to the effect of, "Just wanted to follow up again now that summer analyst recruiting season is in full swing. I really enjoyed talking to you about your bank, and I am excited about the opportunity."

This will remind him that you're still there and if he had passed the resume on and they didn't contact you he can follow up to make sure they do.
