Bro are you sure you are working that much harder than your diversity peers? If you worked that hard and put in that much time and effort you should at the very least understand the recruiting timeline for the industry you want to pursue…

Diversity recruiting starts first and wraps up by end of March before the regular process kicks off… The earliest banks that go to my knowledge is Citi SF, HL, Raine. Most places already have opened apps but interview processes are just beginning to start. How do you not fucking know this? What are you learning from your networking calls.
