PNC Asset Management.......Converting to IB

As someone who is new, please give as much information as possible, even if you would think I should already know.

I'm a sophomore at a well known state school.

There's a high chance I could do Asset Management with PNC Bank as an intern this summer.

How reputable is PNC Bank on the street?

Do they have an investment banking division, or is Harris Williams & co (the IB subsidiary) all there is....

If I did Asset Management with them, would it help me to get an IB internship after my junior year at another firm?
Would it help me get an IB internship with Harris Williams & co?

ALL INFORMATION AND ADVICE IS APPRECIATED

Interesting Point:

If I got an internship with them located in New York, this would allow me to network with investment banks during the summer........how valuable would this be?
