Does anyone know how much PNC pays their first year Investment Banking Analysts?

I think around 85k plus 25-40% bonuses on the high end. PNC doesnt really have an investment bank, their IB team mainly does loan syndication and some ABS work.
105 isn’t bad if the position is based in PA, but low if in NY
1st year salary is now $90k. Bonus is dependent on which IB group you are in (ABF and DCM will make more than Public Finance), but the range provided above sounds right.

I heard from someone who worked in DCM in pgh that bonuses were trash last year. They are desperately hiring anyone though. So anyone who works in big4 audit you should have a good chance at least.
First Year AN1 are getting $100k bonuses are about 50-70% of comp if you are in DCM.
- DCM/ABF are the best groups as far as comp and potential exits (PNC IB isnt true IB its more credit and loan syndication if you want the true IB experience go to another shop just an FYI)
100% can confirm it is $100 + ~50% for An1, with upside in good years. It is a good program run by good people. Should get a $15k signing bonus too. Exits are better than you would think
Syndications is the best group followed by ABF.
