Hey everyone,
Recently was offered a spot in a FO 2-year rotation program at JPM. Although I'm fine with the role, honestly it's not what I see myself doing. Would it be possible to internally transfer to another division/position within JPM after a year or so? If so, how difficult would this transition be given that I would only have a year of experience (assuming solid performance, etc)?
