Possible IB M&A Summer Analyst interivew questions?
I have now had a couple of internships in M&A and am expecting to be grilled on M&A type questions in my interviews coming up. I am a junior at a target school looking to go to a boutique or middle market firm in NYC and I'm having trouble finding M&A specific interview questions in the guides. Asides from "can you walk me through the typical buy/sell-side M&A deal", does anyone have insight on commonly asked questions in this field? Or any good sources that I can read up on? Thanks in advance.
