Post-Labor Day M&A?

Are you guys expecting to be really busy post Labor Day? Our group never really slowed down over the summer but also there was a general consensus that second half would be slower than the first. Seeing a lot more pitch and discussion materials come up recently too. Wondering how other groups are looking for the rest of the year.
