Powerpoint function - help

At my old place we had a pre built excel ribbon with a few functions on there that were very handy but I can't seem to find on powerpoint.

One specific function would allow multiple objects to be made the same size as eachother (with 1 click!), I can't seem to find this on the internet/powerpoint - if anyone has any suggestions that would be much appreciated.
