I am sure I am not the only one to stumble on a MD or Senior MDs LinkedIn wether in In IB or another division who started pre 2008 and seemed to jump from Analyst to MD in years. I feel like today that would be 10-15+ years but back then it seemed like everyone jumped through ranks quick.
Anyone have insight on this or notice the same?
