Some of the PE shop pre and during MBA internships are unpaid. Some give you some money. I would just apply and play it case by case as must are used to having nonsummer MBA interns.
How are you going about identifying potential pre-MBA internship opportunities? I am aiming to do the same but am a bit confused on how to initiate/find such opportunities.
