Precedent Transaction & Pitch Book

Hi guys,

I need help. I am trying to figure out how to put together a precedent transaction but I don't know what the steps are that I need to follow?

Also, How can I put together a pitch book?

i know Copal partners, an outsourcing company, can do transaction comps based on SDC run. it will save u a lot of time. if you cannot use an outsourcing company, use the following list: date announced, date acquired, acquirer, country, target, country, % shares acquired, No. Shares acquired, currency, FX rate, offer price, transaction value, form of consideration, relevant industry specific multiples (P/E, P/B, ROE, etc.), premium 1 year prior, 1 month prior, 1 week prior. pitch book format: we should ask you asso.
