Prep before MBA?
Am attending a great MBA program that regularly places candidates in top investment banking positions. My question is I come from a non traditional background (sales analyst for big CPG company) and I found out that internship recruiting basically starts right after classes start my first year of MBA program.
Should I be prepping before I start grad school so I can be ready for recruiters? Do they expect everyone to know all the technicals and ins and outs of the industry for internship offers? I bought the Rosenbaum Pearl book and am reading through it. What about modeling certs? I’m already great at excel, I just don’t apply it to finance at the moment. Thoughts?
