Prepping for Behaviorals
Hi just wanted to make this thread to get advice from the more experienced monkeys in London IB. I just started prepping for recruiting (second year at Target UG) and was wondering how you best prep for commercial awareness questions (like reading FT, etc.). Also, I would love for ppl to drop some examples of behavioral, especially competency, questions, or if there is a bank of Qs that a lot of ppl use, that would be great. I feel like these are always tougher than techs, and have no idea what HR is looking for in candidates (but who does, really). Thanks!
