I'm a sophmore in college currently applying to numerous 2024 SA programs, and on these applications it always asks for prior work experience. The only experiences I have had are retail/labor jobs that aren't relevant to the roles at hand. Should I include these or leave those sections blank? Also, I have a summer internship at a small private equity firm coming up in a few months; should I include that? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
