Private company waterfall models

Anyone have good models for capital tables over multiple rounds and exit?

Like ones that capture liquidation preference, pre or post money conversion features for convertible notes, warrants, etc.? Looking for models capable of complex capital table runs that can handle dilution impact to a round with pre-money ESOP changes to bespoke and complex investments for unpriced rounds (eg convertible note with discount to next round, redeemable preferred, etc.).

Thanks
