Private credit firm looking for referral partners (High success fee)

Hi everyone,

I am located at a private credit shop based in Connecticut. Me and my team are looking to for referral partnerships. We provide non dilutive capital up to $20M for profitable SMBs who need working capital, acquisition funding, bridge capital and more. We are very fast and beat majority of people in our industry with speed (can close a deal in 2-3 days if needed). Our average clients do $10M-$100M a year in revenue, but have clients who do less.

Me and my team are looking to connect with M&A advisors, investment bankers, consultants, or any deal makers that place credit to SMBs. The average deal size on our desk is $2.3M, but we will look at any deal. We offer vey attractive success fees to our partners on a deal by deal basis.

Eg. $5M deal will pay our partner $100,000 success fee. (At a 2% fee)

If you are someone who is looking to work together, feel free to reach out to me.

Thank you
