I'm looking for info on Private Debt in Europe (London/Paris) at places like Eurazeo, Ardian, Tikehau... What are the comps, working hours, culture, progression like for Analysts? Thanks !

I think pretty chill in terms of culture, I’m joining a private credit team here in london and the hours are usually 8 - 7 so not too bad + 2 Days WFH & you don’t have to wear a suit to the office everyday. Not at a specialised private markets firm though so others experience may be different.
How's the comp, if I may?
My base is 65 and target bonus is upto 35k
Latest fund size?
Avoid French shops: culture is bad (unless you did the French path prepa + Grande Ecole, you WILL be considered subhuman) and pay is guaranteed trash.
Anyone got insight on CVC Private Credit?
Comp for mid market Private debt in London:
Associate: £70k - £90k (plus 40% to 60% bonus)
S Associate: £90k - £120k (bonus minus 50% to 80%)
VP: £120k to £160k (bonus 80% to 100%)
There might be some deviation with higher pay at top end and lower at LMM firms but this is general bracket from my experience in the industry.
