have a few friends who have done that
the ones who did had at least one summer in banking beforehand and went to targets. An interesting case a guy who did two summers at BB ib and was on the Wharton 3+2 track (undergrad+MBA in 5 years); same time horizon and he entered straight as an associate. Obviously very small pool of people who have this option available but not totally infeasible if you've summered in ib before graduating.
If it's a top fund, why do an MBA?
