Private Money Capital Funding-We fund $1 to $20/million per month in private/hard money loans using private investors. Residential and Commercial lending. Is there some way to partner or set up with a direct capital source at a low rate. This would increase our spread and profit as we currently don't retain the servicing as can't access capital at a low enough rate to afford an interest rate spread.
