product controller GS vs PWC M&A,

i really need your advice.
i m having 2 final rounds this week for product controller GS and M&A advisory dealer PwC.
after reading some of your comments, i am quiet demotivated about the PC position.
do you think the M&A advisory dealer better than the PC division controller GS??
any advice please....
